Whichever way we decide, that will be our experience. If we hold the perspective that everything in life happens for us, not to us, the circumstances in our lives will reflect that.

It all begins with our thoughts and perspective. Our thoughts create our feelings, our happiness and unhappiness. When we change our thoughts, it not only changes our perspective, but it changes our FEELINGS. And the power of our FEELINGS literally creates our world, both inner and outer. Why?  Because, it raises the rate at which we vibrate. The higher we vibrate, the happier we are and the more positive our outcomes on every level. Success does not bring happiness. Happiness brings success.

The sages tell us that we don’t have the power to change the outer circumstances of the world or even our own lives. But we can change ourselves and when we change ourselves, the things around us change.  Wayne Dyer said, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

Outer circumstances are not the enemy. Fear is the enemy. Love is the panacea. That’s why we want to work to keep love and joy in the forefront. Love is the highest vibration.

Our main part in this amazing Ascension Process is to keep our vibration high. We don’t have to be activists or start a movement to make things better. That is for some, but for most of us, it is through this inner mastery.  Vibrations are energy. They have no boundaries. They radiate out indefinitely. Think of someone you know with a big presence who can walk into a room and change the atmosphere.

I remember once in a Mexican restaurant; my grandson was having a temper tantrum. Our lovely and attentive Hispanic waitress came over to the table. She put her hand on his shoulder and then leaned over him as if to whisper in his ear. Within a moment he got quiet. Later I asked my daughter what the waitress said to him. She said “Nothing, she just leaned over him.” I would guess that was someone with a very loving vibe.

Of course, we do the practical things and take care of ourselves and prepare for every eventually, but we do it with full faith that everything will turn out for the best.

Yes, we are being called upon to be strong and endure some hardships that may even get worse. All can be overcome through the strength of our mindset.

This inner mastery may be the hardest work we will ever do! But it is also the most powerfully beneficial work we can do for ourselves and for the world.
